Crouch is a toggle by default on the console versions. The default keybind of Shift+Tab will open the overlay in any game where it is supported and enabled. Not sure what you mean with key binding though. For Company of Heroes 2 on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled Change keybindings. All platforms operate very similarly, and you can head to the in-game settings from the main menu to remap the buttons as needed. Also agree on zoom levels but Im happy with a mod that fixed that.
